Elementary: Grades 1st-6th

Our Elementary program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of wrestling in a fun and supportive environment. Our experienced coaches will teach the basics of wrestling, including proper stance, takedowns, pinning combinations, and more. We believe that wrestling is an excellent way to build strength, coordination, and self-confidence, and our program is open to boys and girls of all skill levels. We use a variety of games and drills to make learning engaging and enjoyable, while also helping students develop important life skills such as discipline, respect, and teamwork. At our elementary wrestling program, your child will not only develop their skills on the mat, but also grow as an individual in a safe and supportive environment.

Who qualifies for this class? Grades 2-6, Age 7 is the youngest for this class.
