Neutral 2 for 1 is a specialized wrestling camp designed for wrestlers who want to refine their skills in the neutral position, with a focus on hand fighting, set ups, counter offense, and defense. Our experienced coaches will provide intensive training to help you improve your hand fighting techniques, develop your set ups for takedowns, master the art of countering your opponent's attacks, and enhance your defensive skills to become an all-around threat on the mat. Our camp is open to serious athletes who are committed to hard work and dedicated to achieving their goals at the highest levels of competition.
